OUR R&D CENTER FOR PET SNACKS,ALSO AS TEST CENTER FOR ALL PRODUCTS
Leaded by Mr.Chen Dong, our R&D center own 1000M2,focuses on understanding petfood production to drive business impact. The incumbent will leverage technical thinking skills to bring together consumer needs, science and technology into winning product innovation and renovation. Initially the workforce consist of 15 people.
. Lead the formulation and development of new Pet Food and/or Snacks product concepts
. Develop and publish formulation and finished product specifications
. Implement all technical aspects of a project’s formulation/product development work-stream and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed according to plan
. Coordinate and manage sensory/palatability testing, shelf life / stability testing and other key technical project deliverables
. Author or contribute to technical proposals, summaries, presentations and project reports
. Maintain technical documentation such as laboratory notebooks and invention records
. Keep abreast of new ingredients and technologies and recommend for consideration where appropriate
. Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
